On this website ShotIndex only processes the information needed to answer your beta application and — after your consent — measure visits.
Privacy policy
A beta application is stored in the secured Operations Labs . We use your name, email address and the information you provide solely to contact you about ShotIndex. We do not sell this data or use it for model training.
The ShotIndex app itself only reads your originals. Index, embeddings and proxies live on your own hardware. The AI layer uses your own provider key directly; ShotIndex does not route your archive through its own cloud server.
You can request access, correction or deletion at marco@videpro.nl. Analytics and marketing measurements are only loaded after you grant separate consent through the cookie banner.
